Why we started
Construction in Fairfield moves fast. A contractor calls on Monday needing units by Wednesday. A festival organizer realizes the week before the event that they're short two restrooms. A property manager's septic system backs up at midnight. We started Fairfield Porta Pros because the regional companies didn't answer calls and the local guys didn't have enough stock. We do both. We keep standard porta potty rental units in Fairfield ready to roll, maintain a fleet of deluxe flushable porta potties for events that need them, and run septic pumps six days a week. When you call us, you talk to someone who knows your job site.
The business grew out of fifteen years running portable sanitation routes across Northern California. We learned which contractors reorder from the same company year after year, which festivals need restroom trailers instead of portable units, and where in Fairfield construction happens in clusters. That experience is why we stock more units than our footprint should allow and why we answer calls at 6 a.m. on a Saturday.

How we serve Fairfield and beyond
We dispatch from Fairfield to Suisun City 2.1 miles southeast, American Canyon 16.5 miles southwest, Benicia 20.8 miles southwest, Martinez 25.1 miles south and Pleasant Hill 28.9 miles south. On most days we run three or four delivery trucks. A standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons and stands about 92 inches tall. We service it according to ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, the industry standard that calls for one visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week. We pump septic tanks typically every 3 to 5 years, depending on tank size and household size. If you need ADA accessible porta potties, we maintain units that meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires at least 5 percent of clustered single-user units to be accessible. We also rent restroom trailers for weddings, festivals and film sets, and we handle roll-off dumpster rental for demolition and renovation work.
Construction sites in Fairfield must follow OSHA 1926.51(c), which requires 1 toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up, and 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. We help contractors calculate what they need and place units to match the site layout. We also install handwashing stations where required. According to 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), facilities must provide soap and towels or a hand drying device. Hand sanitizer alone doesn't meet code.

What makes us different
We answer our phone. Call at noon on a Wednesday, ask for Thursday morning delivery, and get it. We don't have a call center staffed by people in another state. You reach someone in Fairfield who drives these routes. We stock units instead of renting from competitors when we're short. We service on schedule even in summer when everyone else is backed up two weeks. And we charge fairly. Check our porta potty rental cost page to see what weekly and monthly rentals run, and compare it yourself.
We also rent temporary fencing, storage containers, and equipment for construction site services. If you're staging a festival restroom rental or handling an emergency septic service, call us first.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver same day?
Most calls placed before noon on a weekday get delivered by late afternoon. Weekend and holiday deliveries run Monday. Call and ask for your specific date; we'll tell you yes or no.
What's the difference between a standard unit and a deluxe?
A standard unit is a basic portable toilet with a tank, seat and a door. A deluxe unit flushes and has a sink, soap and paper towels inside. Deluxe units cost more but they suit weddings, corporate events and office trailers better than rough construction.
How much does it cost to rent for a month?
Pricing depends on the unit type and whether you need service. See monthly porta potty rental and rental cost pages for the ranges we work within.
Do you service in Suisun City and American Canyon?
Yes. We dispatch to Suisun City 2.1 miles from Fairfield and American Canyon 16.5 miles from Fairfield regularly. Call with your address and we'll confirm your delivery fee.
Can you handle a large construction project?
Yes. We work with general contractors on multi-month rentals with weekly service. Tell us your crew size and we'll calculate OSHA requirements and quote you.
